    "The Bald Eagle Power Squadron is the local unit of the U.S. Power Squadrons, a national, non-profit, educational organization dedicated to teaching boating safety. We serve Centre and surrounding counties with educational classes and our nationally certified instructors can help boaters obtain a PA Boating Safety Education Certificate that is required to be carried by operators of certain recreational boats. We also offer free, no obligation, non-law enforcement, Vessel Safety Checks to area boaters that can help ensure all local, state, and federal boating requirements are met before disaster strikes."
